Guided reflection project

For people who want to make meaning of their life, experiences, or transitions — and create something tangible from it.

Not all legacy work begins with illness or end-of-life.

Sometimes it begins with a person who is:

  • At a turning point
  • Processing grief or change
  • Reflecting on their life
  • Or wanting to understand and gather their story while they’re still living fully

What This Is

A series of guided sessions that help you explore what matters most, integrate your experiences, and leave with greater clarity and meaning:

  • Make sense of your experiences
  • Clarify what matters most
  • Explore your story, identity, and values
  • And shape that into something meaningful and tangible

The final “output” might be:

  • A short film
  • A recorded narrative
  • A written or audio legacy piece
  • Or a personal keepsake created from the process

Who This Is For

  • People processing grief, transition, or identity shifts
  • People who are well, but deeply reflective
  • People who want to live more intentionally and understand their own story
  • People who want to create something meaningful to pass on — while still in the middle of life

What the Process Is Like

This is slower and more process-oriented than the other offerings.

We meet over several sessions. We talk. We reflect. We notice patterns, values, losses, and meanings.

Because I’m a registered social worker, this work is grounded in therapeutic care — but it is also creative, narrative, and meaning-focused.

There is no pressure to “perform” or produce anything quickly.

What You Receive

  • A series of guided reflection sessions (typically 3–6)
  • A creative or narrative output shaped from the process (optional and flexible)
  • A deeper sense of clarity, coherence, and meaning

Investment

Most Guided Reflection Projects begin with a series of 3–6 sessions. Sessions are charged at my standard therapeutic hourly rate.

If you’re curious whether this is right for you, a consultation is the best first step.
